Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.  info@legitathens.com

Return Period
We use a 14-day return period during which customers may return their package with providing a reason. The 14 days begin from the moment the package is delivered. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back within this 14-day period. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale, with the original packaging and all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may return your order and request a refund, then place a new order separately.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to complete, and it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider. You can track your return shipment using the tracking number provided by your courier.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Each case will be assessed and the most appropriate resolution will be determined.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: underwear garments (including socks), perfumes that do not have their original plastic seal intact, final sale items, items returned after the 14-day return window, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. Any item returned worn or damaged without prior notice may be rejected and the return may be voided.

Important Clarifications
Detailed product descriptions, specifications, and photos are provided for every item. Color differences caused by screen settings are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return. Subjective expectations regarding color, texture, material, or overall appearance are also not considered valid reasons for return. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide before purchasing.

Return Costs
Returns must be sent at the customer’s own expense depending on the courier and the country from which the return is shipped. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment and tracking information until the return has arrived at our warehouse. Returns without tracking or proof of shipment cannot be guaranteed.

Return Processing Time
